The President is responsible for all aspects of the sales life-cycle for the company’s new business and existing customer base by implementing strategies and overseeing the Sales Team to maximize the conversion of leads to contract customers. The President is also responsible for creating marketing strategies to drive demand, including direct marketing, internet strategies, and trade show participation.

Midwestern Region

•Responsible for market planning, key account planning, key account execution, and current account retention •Direct sales approach for acquiring new clients•Teamwork approach with delivery team to identify and propose business solving solutions

•Manage customer expectations, design, delivery, and maintenance of Microsoft systems and networks•Responsible for final HR interviews with all technical resources•Worked with management to grow revenue from $1M to $3M in three years•Identified a need for new services, created a go-to-market strategy and business plan resulting in added monthly re-occurring revenue•Managed VAR relationships and identified channel margin, increasing hardware margin by 5%
