Office Manager
Current- A. Support to Office Administration
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of GCA operations. Including but not limited to: contracting service providers, assisting with travel arrangements, managing correspondence.
- Work as procurement focal point for GCA Dhaka Office and assist GCA Headquarters-based -Procurement-team in their operations.
- Assist GCA Headquarters-based-Finance-team in processing payments to the vendors and service providers.
- Maintain a monthly calendar of events relevant for GCA Bangladesh Work Program and keep it updated as well as maintaining an electronic filing system.
- Prepare internal updates related to GCA Bangladesh program for the GCA weekly Newsletter.
