I led Alma's service design practice. I started by mapping the organization’s product/service delivery model, the user journey, detailed touchpoints, information flows and engagement across the customer experience, complex business processes and revenue cycles. I surfaced experience and technical debt that I pursued through further cross-functional work.

I worked with CFA's Clear My Record team to identify and design new product opportunities for digital government services that inform and connect people impacted by automatic record clearance. Multiple states found this very cool.
