-Designed and presented basic human resources, implicit bias, and inclusion and equity training to populations of mixed experiences and roles within the UMaine System community, mostly in the context of their participation in a search committee.-Supported students and staff as they navigated system Title IX and Equal Opportunity complaint and investigation processes.-Drafted and issued communications to complainant, respondent, investigator, any external contractors, union representatives, and other relevant parties regarding the initiation and status of ongoing Title IX and EO procedures, including the findings and any sanctions imposed as a result.
