I am currently going through original writing for Tribal Wars 2 and creating new content for their quest system. I am designing around original objectives and rewards and making new narratives to explain why players should focus on building their village in a certain way.

I answered support tickets, managed a team of moderators and surveyed Forum usage for Tribal Wars 2. I took ideas, bugs and suggestions that the community voiced and relayed it to the development team. I hired community member volunteers to help with moderating the forums and answering support tickets in a timely manner.
