Chile

- Responsible for business activities in Chile of one of the largest German consultancy companies in infrastructure. Coordination and monitoring of other country offices i.e., Peru, Brazil, and Venezuela with emphasis in transaction monitoring and accounting control.- Provision of support to projects´ teams, internal clients (in Chile and in the Headquarters in Germany), and external partners and clients.- Daily transaction monitoring and accounting control of the Branch Office, as well as of the major large infrastructure projects under its responsibility i.e., transportation and energy.- Responsible for cash and bank´s accounts management and monthly reports to the HQ in Germany. Invoicing to clients and follow-up of invoice payment. Payments and control of local expenses related to the specific projects i.e., to the local partners, sub-contractors, and service providers. Taxes administration for the Country office.- Assistance in the preparation of proposal and tender documents.- Support to the international staff of the company assigned to the specific projects’ implementation. Preparation of local work contracts and related legal permanence status (Visas).- Planning and coordination in transversal manner with the specific project team leaders and with the line manager in the headquarters in Germany.- Provision of accurate and high-quality services throughout a process-oriented quality management system certified pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Hessen.

Chile

- In general, assistance and support in all above mentioned tasks/activities and responsibilities.- In particular, responsible of transaction and costs monitoring/control of different cost centers in Lahmeyer´s Branches in Chile, Venezuela and Peru. Direct reporting to the Headquarters in Germany. Support to cost monitoring of one of the largest transportation projects in Chile i.e., Metro Santiago. Assistance in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
