West African Oil and Gas Development Project -AIR CoordinatorProviding sole engineering support in the development and implementation of the project’s Assurance, Interface and Risk plan, procedures, processes and tools through Phase 2 to Phase 3 gate. A (2 billion USD) multi drill-center field incorporating a new 20 slot Wellhead Platform supporting primary reservoir recovery of 15 production wells and brownfield work at tie in points.West of Shetlands, Scotland Oil and Gas Development Project -Interface CoordinatorProvided project interface engineering support to the Subsea, Turret, Topsides and Hull, disciplines and contractors through Phase 3 (FEED) into Phase 4 (detailed design) for a multi-well subsea tie back development to FPSO (11 billion USD).West African Oil Field Development -Subsea Interface CoordinatorProvided interface engineering support in the development and implementation of the project’s interface management plan, procedures, processes and tools through all phases of the project with a focus on phase 3 (FEED), for a multi-well subsea tie back (in excess of 1.2 billion USD) to an existing production platform located offshore Angola, West Africa. Responsibilities included taking initiative and meeting with 6 other projects and review of various other project’s interface documentation to ensure consistency in interface management. Developed and conducted interface management workshops and led meetings with project owners and stakeholders for the implementation and roll-out of the Project’s Interface Management System. Including development of Interface Management plan, procedure, and specification for contractors, contracting strategy graphic defining interface boundaries, flow charts, responsibility matrices, presentations and training. Transitioning into Phase 3 role which includes the single point of contact within the subsea team for the management of interfaces.

Mediterranean Gas Field Development TamarSeconded to Noble Energy, engaged in a fast track gas field development (3 billion USD). A green field deepwater multi-well tie back to a new platform along with brown field tie-ins to an existing platform and hot tap to an existing live gas export line. Provided project interface engineering support, well to plant, through simultaneous design, procurement and fabrication. Attended internal and external meetings capturing all interface related gaps, actions and risks. Mediated and followed up with project team leads, engineers and external contractors to obtain necessary information for timely close out of interfaces. Facilitated interface meetings, capturing and tracking meeting actions to closure. Brought related parties together to work towards mitigation, generation of solutions and closure of project gaps and actions. Owner of and responsible for maintaining project interface register.

Consultant for Trett Consulting preparing and reviewing outstanding claims for the Chevron Blind Faith (Semi-submersible floating production facility) Project. Transport and Installation contract. Trett’s claim scope included the installation of mooring lines and riser lift/connection (export flooding). Assisted in contract review, review of logs, DPRs, document discovery, quantum analysis, engineering cost investigation within their SAP system, preparation of claims for extension of time, acceleration, disruption, prolongation, review and identification of discrepancies within various disputed change orders for additional work, and any other changes, along with final claims submission, claims value exceeding 45 million USD.

Contracted to DTC for BP Gulf of Mexico implementation of a risk based subsea integrity management program to extend and augment the existing riser integrity program, from the wellheads through to the risers and to include the umbilicals. The scope included existing assets Pompano, Marlin, King and Na Kika through to the new field development assets Atlantis and Thunderhorse. Project lead responsible for the management of a team of three engineers and a technical advisor. Along with assisting in the preparation the above assets deliverables, was also solely responsible for the deliverables of an additional single well tie-back. Deliverables included preparation of a design, fabrication and installation dossier for each asset, implementation of a risk based inspection program, preparation of detailed inspection procedures for asset inspection readiness and baseline surveys of the subsea assets. Performed offshore baseline surveys looking for anomalies and potential leak paths within the subsea equipment including, trees, control modules, subsea chokes, flying leads, well jumpers and connector systems, umbilicals, umbilical hang off on floaters, TUTA, riser hang offs and stress joints, manifolds and valves. Following the offshore surveys, review of the videos, issuing of inspection reports including any anomalies. Anomalies tracked and followed through to closure. Issued annual reports including assessments of system status. Other responsibilities included the preparation of a Hurricane readiness program and subsea equipment tagging and implementation into Maximo, BP’s asset management tracking system.
