I bring over 18 years of extensive professional experience to my role. This includes serving in top and middle management positions at one of the Big 4 consultancy firms and NGOs (8 years). I have gained expertise in coordinating EU projects in education and social services for a decade, complemented by six years focused on management and evaluation. I have been actively involved in project management across various funds for 16 years, including PHARE, ESF Funds, Velux, British Petroleum, and several embassies.With a strong commitment to education services for vulnerable Roma communities in Romania, I have dedicated more than 16 years to two NGOs, providing valuable insights into the challenges of educational interventions and policy implementation. The projects I have overseen aim to foster self-esteem, promote intercultural understanding, and implement innovative initiatives that have had a significant multiplier effect in inclusive education, as well as in community development and employability-focused interventions.I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policies and Public Administration. Previously, I served as a Key Account Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 4 years, handling HR projects across diverse sectors including industry, auto manufacturing, retail, insurance, and leasing.Since 2010, I have been a dedicated member of the Roma Education Fund (REF), currently serving as the Director of Programs. In this role, I lead the ESF projects' portfolio for REF Romania. I have successfully managed over 20 regional and national events and training sessions. Additionally, I have coordinated more than 6 national projects (funded by ESF) involving a wide range of stakeholders, including public officials, national experts, and thousands of children, students, and parents.
