As a Finance Manager, I have held dual roles as the Country Finance and Operations Manager and the Global Finance Manager at SecondMuse. In my position, I collaborate with the global Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations teams to implement consistent policies and practices in Indonesia, while considering the unique needs of the local team. I oversee the financial functions of SecondMuse and its associated entities in Australia, Singapore, Canada and the USA, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of financial systems and reporting processes at both project and global levels. My responsibilities include managing financial data and reporting, overseeing payroll and tax processes, enforcing finance policies, and supporting audit procedures. Additionally, I handle legal and administrative matters, maintain confidentiality, and supervise office services, operations, and HR activities.
