Lead commercial excellence including Sales force effectiveness, channel management, sales training, project and business process excellence.

• Lead the implementation and application of agreed upon TMO HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout the relevant functions in the local legal entity or at the specific site organization and strives for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind. • Drive effective local Talent Management(TM) initiatives in line with the global TM strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline. • Provide consultants and appropriae solytions of organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) from the HR perspective.• Provides HR perspectives on the relevant business operations and consult with local management on HR implications on the strategies. • Counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues. • Helps local management to align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long-term needs of the local business needs. • Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.

• Ensure that HR delivery adds value to the business. • Work closely with business to fully understand the key business needs and challenges• Maintain and develop local HR policies regarding employment legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance as required• Track the changes of the labor law and alert management of its implication and impact• Provide advice and consultation to Business Units line management on HR related issues such as employment law, disciplinary actions, training needs, people retention etc• Provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations and transfers • Partner with business units to drive awareness of the Siemens Way and leverage existing communications to help leaders and employees understand the desired behaviors

 be responsible for overall HR operation shared services and its related management work New hire effective on-Boarding program including buddy program management and status tracking  Lead/Participate in local HR operation projects and provide related support for HR projects, drive progress/schedule and resolve HR operation related issues in order to improve HR operation effectiveness and efficiency  Employee P/files management and employee Labor contract renewal management ER (Employee relationship) management program Site Employee service and caring platform management  HR service vendor management and annual vendor review program including social security, residence permits, physical examination and birthday vouchers for local employees  Interface with Singapore payroll team for local payroll support work  HR monthly reports including Headcount report, Attrition/turnover analysis and joint with HRBPs well done exit management report, etc  C&B support including China annual MB external audit, insurance enrollment and management  Supervise various HR administration matters, application of certificates of employment, annual insurance/medical claims, , Non shanghai employees residence & work permit application and related guideline management and communication Manage external

 Support to set up and implement training courses; Maintain the internal trainers and organize to develop new courses; Be responsible for training schedule, registration and tracking record on LMS.
