CurrentAll same duties as Assistant Manager and including,• Responsible for all orders of the club, which include, merchandise, drinks, janitorial supplies, catering, equipment parts, office supplies, etc.• Audit, correct and approve time cards for all employees. Audit to ensure no employee(s) hit overtime. Correct employee(s) missed clock in’s and out’s. Approve all employee hours; ensure all accumulated hours did not exceed the allocated amount for the club.• Make bank deposits for club at least twice a week; made more towards the end of the month in order to finalize all sales and growth numbers of the club.• Stood as head representation for club, handled all complaints, compliments, concerns, business outreach, networking, meeting presence, etc. for such location.
