My job description for Employment Coordinator is I was hiring people to complete certain jobs from machine operator, maintenance worker, to potential Managers in the company. I did background checks, I-9 paperwork that basically verified their status in the US for us to be able to hire them. I also helped promote people from a production job to a higher level, did they’re paperwork with them gave them a raise and helped them get equipment for theirs specific jobs gave them a tour of the job space if they needed it. Enjoyed the job always had a good laugh or conversation with the people we were employing.

My jobs description as a Quality Assurance Tech is It was a team effort to maintain the product clean from any foreign objects. Had to keep the different type of product at a certain temperature and specific type of cut. We also did several audits and paperwork throughout the day just to make sure we were sending product to the buyers we know we were okay with our families eating.
