I am a full-time electrical/systems engineer based in Albuquerque, NM with experience initiating, planning, and performing work in support of the DOE/DOD nuclear weapons mission. I am able to manage project teams, identify and mitigate risks, develop budgets and schedules, and execute deliverables in support of the NW Product Realization Lifecycle.I also like to stay busy and engage in projects outside of my traditional area of expertise, so when Peter Cochran approached me about starting a real-estate investment company, of course I was on board! I quickly realized my skills as an engineer and project manager translate nicely into the real estate market. I am detail oriented, product focused, and customer driven. I work hard to maintain a competitive edge for our company in a variety of ways. I maintain our website (www.pijproperties.com), actively seek investors via non-traditional methods, and specialize in cost-benefit analysis at the project level.I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Applied Electromagnetics and from Stanford University with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Fields, Waves, and Radio-science. I also have an extensive academic background in investment science and economics.
