I was in charge of a team of ~200 volunteers that helped to facilitate our weekend experience for guests. These volunteers helped run 9 different areas of the church including, but not limited to the: store, parking lot, safety team, 1st-time guests, info desk and more. I was able to oversee all local outreach for the Groveport area. During that time I coordinated efforts with Burlington Shoe Distribution and a local elementary school to size, deliver, and put a new pair of shoes on the feet of every child in their school. I was also able to organize efforts with the Groveport food pantry to fill their shelves with non-perishable goods during the holiday season.

I managed the day to day technology of the campus in addition to helping with special projects and events. I coordinated with campus staff the service flow for the weekends, help to mitigate parking lot traffic jams by implementing a golf cart transportation system. I provided data and analytics about campus numbers such as finances, volunteer engagement, and visitor attendance and return rates.

I oversaw a team of Sales Consultants, managed inventory, scheduling, customer escalations, and various other managerial tasks.

I arranged for phone upgrades and carrier switches with customers and businesses to ensure they had the best cell phone experience. I did triage on phones, minor repairs, account service, billing assistance, and data transfer for customers.

I facilitated the training process for all new hosts, carryout specialist, and servers. I was also a full-time lead server.
