I believe that education is an important aspect of life and teaching should relay this importance. Learning doesn’t have to be difficult, frustrating, or mundane. It should be challenging, rewarding, and exciting. My goal as an educator is to spark the skill and the will to learn for students by implementing various strategies to encourage self-regulation and motivation towards learning. My educational philosophy reflects learned methodologies that enhance learning as well as strategies that encourage character growth. I aspire to reinvent education by changing educational paradigms and plan to create a holistic-academic environment where motivational strategies will succeed. My top priority is to continually seek out alternative approaches that cause those “ah-hah” moments from students in the classroom.My education related experience involves a combination of student teaching, field experience, volunteer work, and childhood mentoring. My past work experience involves being a dynamic outgoing customer service specialist as well as sales. I have had proven leadership abilities in a restaurant setting and inbound/retail settings. Experience communicating directly with customers in a variety of environments. Top performer in multiple sales environments. Proficient in internet research and inquiry as well as all Microsoft Office Programs.
