· Lead Customer Service experience.· Responsible for setting all merchandise and visuals. · Assist with website operations.· Run social media campaigns.

· Assume responsibilities in the absence of the LP Management team.· Coach and motivate staff to ensure goals are achieved.· Maintain communications with the LP management on investigations.· Assist in monitoring and responding to all alarms for facility.

· Responsible for providing excellent customer services to all customers in all work centers – sales floor, fitting room, or cash register. · Exceeds are all store goals associated with selling Old Navy Cards. · Return go-backs from the fitting room to the salesfloor.· Keep all cash wrap supplies in stock and organized.· Understand and follow all company-define policies and procedures.· Product our product and encourage everyone to do the same.· Keep product folded, sized, in-stock, and our visual elements maintained on the salesfloor.

· Responsible for setting product, replenishment process, and completing all visuals in department.
