Without realizing it, I have been preparing my entire work life for a career in World Class Customer Care. Dating all the way back to 1995 when I took my first "real" job with McDonalds I knew right away that I was cut out to serve others needs. Attacking my duties with empathy and always working to put myself in my customers shoes, I had a knack for creating the very best experience for any customer that came my way. More importantly, I could maintain positive interactions despite sometimes difficult or not ideal circumstances. Over the years I have had the pleasure of selling customers everything from burgers to business machines, trendy t's to that perfect fitting denim jean and even automobiles. I've had the pleasure of managing teams, great teams that went above and beyond expectations as they realized, under my leadership, that you are only as strong as your weakest link. Knowing that, they would always work to lift one another up and get he job done. I now find myself in a new role at AlcoTec. I'm here, alongside my Customer Care team to support and do all that I can to ensure our customers are cared for and provided the world class service I have spent decades training to provide.
