CurrentAs the Central Coordinator, I developed, implemented, and managed communication and reporting initiatives to support and champion Google Data Center Knowledge Management (DCKM) Project Manager goals and objectives. I removed obstacles, gathered and reported project metrics and achievements, planned on-site team seminars, led weekly team status meetings, and oversaw 40+ project plans and communication campaigns to ensure effective DCKM operations.Significant Responsibilities• Oversaw the planning, execution, and evaluation of ongoing project campaigns and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and appropriate status communications. • Created messaging, newsletters, website copy, quarterly business reports, marketing materials, training, and internal communications. Developed presentation, reporting, and project templates.• Managed and built relationships and brand awareness with key stakeholders, including team members, internal and external partners, and customers.• Tracked and analyzed metrics for communications and deliverables to measure group success and inform future strategic planning.
