• Assist with full cycle recruiting. • Post and manage open positions on corporate or external job boards.• Efficiently source applicants from ADP recruiting platform and update ongoing status. • Manage and conduct a high volume of phone screenings/on-site interviews for a diverse array of open requisitions. • Coordinate all on-site and phone interview appointments for hiring managers using MS Outlook Calendar. • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to all candidates in a timely manner and keeping them up to date on all stages or application. • Ensure applicant trackers and weekly recruitment reports on Microsoft excel are maintained and continually updated. • Assist with new hire orientations and on-boarding process. • Support HR generalist with performance reviews, benefit administration, and reporting. • Create, maintain, and organize employment records; review files for completeness and follow up on incomplete/missing paperwork. • Collect and input relevant information relating to payroll and employee information (new hire, LOA, tax withholding, pay and status chance..etc.)
