As a scientific programmer and cryo-EM specialist at EMBL-EBI, I develop and maintain the Electron Microscopy Data Bank, a global repository of 3D biomolecular structures. With over four years of experience in data archive and analytics, I provide data-driven insights and solutions. I am passionate about applying my expertise in Python, SQL, and data to create and improve tools and workflows for data archiving, processing, and visualisation. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage projects, using Confluence and JIRA for project management, documentation and communication. I thrive in a fast-paced environment that offers continual learning and development opportunities. I am a published researcher with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals, and I hold a PhD in Structural Biology from Imperial College London/The Francis Crick Institute.
