Compliance Officer

• Gather, track and secure confidential student and adjunct faculty records for the College of Health Professions and clinical compliance (including, but not limited to: health forms, criminal background checks, and drug screens)• Ensure that all students and adjunct faculty are in compliance with College of Health Professions policies and clinical site requirements, and initiate follow-up with non-compliant students and faculty• Assist Deans and department chairs in addressing problems and following up with students and faculty as needed to resolve issues• Communicate with various reporting agencies, preceptors, and clinical sites when discrepancies appear• Maintain clinical tracking systems of sites, preceptors, and schedules, including entering and updating student records, updating clinical placement information, requesting clinical placements for certain programs, entering class lists, etc.• Issue, track and maintain database of Affiliation Agreements (100+) and Memoranda of Understanding (300+) for every site and preceptor in all programs• Maintain communication with university administration and legal counsel to ensure that contracts are in compliance with state, federal, university and clinical site regulations• Serve as liaison to university administration and legal counsel for all additional College of Health Professions contracts
