Hi! My name is Jacob Meyer, and one of my favorite parts of my career has been the sheer diversity of the work I do and the number of experiences I've been able to accumulate along the way, starting with my academic life in music as an opera performer. I continue to use my love of music for gigs that I pursue in my free time that include church music, conducting church choirs, and performing in operatic gigs around the country. I have also been fortunate enough to work on several mediums I'm extremely passionate about; my contract to work as a tester in my favorite artform, video games, showed me how much I love the tech sector and my next stop as an RA in an Assisted Living Sector showed me the grit, determination, and patience required to be successful in the health sector. Combining these two careers in my time at Cumberland (Now Tegria) was an amazing experience that brought my understanding of training practices, call center leadership, and medical information technology to the next level.
