attends to students, staff and faculty technical needs. Assists students in submitting work and also login issues, software issues, and other PC issues, for example; network connectivity, viruses and malware, as well as printer installation and hardware issues. Also assists in laptop distribution as well as MyLabsPlus Administration (enrolling users into courses, creating terms, student accounts as well as instructor accounts). Assists staff in any PC related issue similar to student issues; malware/viruses, hardware issues, network issues as well as software related issues. Assists instructors with same issues as students and staff as well as any Learning Management System (LMS) issues, like Grade book issues, assignment issues, dropboxes and date assigning issues

Projectionist duties included building and breaking down movies when they arrived to the theater and when it was time for it to get sent back to the renter. Also did minor maintenance on and around the building from cleaning the outside of the building to maintaining the projectors. Also assured quality of the movie for the consumer. As Team Leader, I help run the floor workers from Concession and Ushers as well as the box office duties. When one needed assistance, I would go in and help as well.
