CurrentDuties include assisting with implementation and delivery of services, communication between key members of client and MishiPay to meet go live deadlines, onboarding/ training the customer to our products and services, being the primary point of contact for all US and Canadian clients, handling troubleshooting issues, and expanding the products and services existing clients useSince hired I have helped grow our North American business from 3 partners in 5 locations to 10 partners in 95 locations
