My working experiences mainly consists of general warehousing and production based manufacturing and customer service. I would like to branch out into the IT field as I am a Computer Science student at NSU Broken Arrow. I am currently a junior and have taken quite a bit of IT and CS courses and am always learning more on my own. Repairing, maintenance, and overhaul of units in a timely manner in accordance with FAA regulations was our main focus. I learned how to use a WIP system and started to better understand the economics of production jobs. EX: When units are to costly to repair than to replace, the understanding that unit out times impact lives of the consumer, especially with aircraft components, etc. I Have 3-4 years combined experience in warehousing including forklift operation, order picking, some shipping and receiving duties, and etc. Also about 2 years customer service experience doing inbound and outbound customer service calls for general IT help desk and a 3rd party conglomerate handling employee's benefits including HSA, FSA, DCFSA, and commuter accounts.
