Molens Brasserie is a beautifully placed restaurant by the water in Nyborg where I was hired as the restaurant manager prior to and during the opening in the start of August 2015.My job was to get the restaurant up and running in two months and to implement the strategy and spirit the owners wanted. While working at Molens Brasserie I learned a whole lot and got a ton of experiences, e.g.- Hire and fire staff - and getting a group of 'strangers' to work together with the same goal and spirit.- Handle the financials and providing our accountant with excel-sheets on revenue, costs etc.- Write a new menu for the restaurant - Keeping the owners updated every day over the phone and reporting to them our progress on a weekly meeting- In charge of finding and setting up deals with new suppliers.I have to thank the owners of the restaurant for giving me the opportunity, I wished I could have stayed.

Restaurant Hestkøbgaard is an old farm house located just short of 25 km north of Copenhagen. Today the old farm house is turned into a café assosiated with the golf club in Furesø. The restaurant is perfectly placed in a big beautiful garden which gives the outdoor terrace lots of feeling. I worked as a waiter and managed several events as birthdays, meetings, weddings, and large parties. Arranging these events has given me flair for scheduling and planning down to the last detail.I've learned how to manage and handle a lot of intense pressure in tough situations while still smiling and keeping the friendly tone.As I have had contact with a lot of different people I've a lot about customer service and how to make the best deal for both parts. Last but not least I understood that the customer is always right!____________
