I would say this was probably one of my favorite roles in the Major appliance repair field, I was hired on to train new techs on the road to mainly repair all types of Samsung Appliances which also included sealed system lock-ring repair. Although Dish only had a contract with Samsung for a short term I was able to work with many new techs , teach them the ins and outs of the repairs, was also responsible for making sure they had the right parts and tools for the job. I still communicate with a lot of the technicians and employees out of the 3 offices I covered.
