This role focuses on the overseeing of all the younger TSF Academy teams from U8-U12 Boys and Girls.I work with the coaches of the teams to plan specific and engaging sessions for the teams as well as working with the coaches and the players to design an individual player path for the players through TSF Academy.I also work with the coaches to get their feedback from games and practice sessions so that we can effectively plan future training sessions for the groups.The evaluation of the players at specific points throughout the season and the feedback to the players and parents about the development of their player, along with parent meetings in individual and group settings to receive feedback on the program and to also give feedback to the team and future direction/plan for the group.The marketing of the TSF Academy teams and the Junior Academy is also encompassed under my role. Working to promote our TSF Academy teams and individual accomplishments by our Academy players. As well as set and promote try out dates. Working alongside the Directors of Coaching, I help plan the competition phases of the teams. Identifying which leagues and tournaments as well as the flighting of the teams in the competitions.The position also requires me to plan and develop our Junior Academy program, creating session plans to engage the younger players in order for them to have fun and introduce them into soccer, as well as looking to grow the numbers on the program. My role also includes interaction with the parents of the players to guide them in the correct direction for the player and to highlight the next steps or phases in the players development at TSF.

I am currently the Head Coach of the TSF Academy U13 Girls team and the Head Coach for TSF Inter Academy U8 Boys Blue. My roles here are to effectively communicate practice schedules and game schedules to parents and players.Plan coaching sessions to actively engage the players and develop players technically and tacticallyEvaluate players and give feedback on performances including strengths and areas to improve and further develop.Recommend classes and camps for additional progressionsCoach the team during league games and tournaments.Promote and manage the Junior Academy program - including preparing curriculums, managing coaches, educating staff members on how to run effective Junior Academy sessions, provide evaluations and recommendations for current players. Promote upcoming Junior Academy events, including week long camps and free clinics. Order Junior Academy uniform and keep an inventory of all uniform.Order and keep track of all soccer equipment ordered and used for academy coaches and level 1 and 2 coaches. Manage a group of coaches to help inventory and order new equipment.Educate new staff members on company philosophies and provide educational sessions to be used by coaches.
