SUMMARY Position will refine and enhance internal ERP capabilities utilized at Dr. Bott LLC. New and refined processes will help to streamline the electronic exchange of data with other business partners and remove clerical bottlenecks. Efficient partner integration will established and maintained using multiple channels and technologies. This person will act as one of the first responders to unexpected technical issues, competently assessing, actioning, or escalating system issues. This person thrives under challenges involving new technologies and personal growth.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Develop new scripts and reports ERP/WMS/CRM (FileMaker)• Maintain and refine existing scripts related to customer order processing• Liaise with appropriate teams to meet technology requirements of various customers and vendors• Monitor and troubleshoot automated communications with customers (EDI)• Train small employee teams on use of ERP modules and business processes and standards• Continually document new issues and project progress• Contribute to other IT projects and support

SUMMARYThis position performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots software issues and repairs computer systems, peripheral equipment and telephone systems located throughout the respective division. This includes performing work on simple applications and trouble shooting basic hardware problems. This position also performs basic local area network administration activities throughout the division. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Assists end users with questions and problems they are experiencing with their desktop or workstation as related to software or hardware technology. May train end users in the use of software, hardware or telephone systems. 2. Installs, configures or re-configures PC hardware and software as requested or apparent. This may include, but is not limited to moving physical equipment, including printers and/or installing cable. 3. Prepares progress reports on worked performed to ensure that daily activity is captured correctly for historical purposes, to document installation procedures and to track customer service levels. 4. Performs basic network administration activities, which includes monitoring local area networks and servers throughout the division. Including monitoring the network and reporting or escalating issues to the division management or corporate support team. This also includes replacing, moving and installing printers. 5. Assists in the support, installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft and Apple based multi-user operating systems. 6. Participate in meetings with corporate IT to ensure that information technology functions are communicated and disseminated to the appropriate site/division personnel. OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. On Client Governance Board that dictated standard software, identified issues and approved Standard Destkop Images.2. Test updates to insure capatability within the envirionment.3. Analyze and test potential software to ensure that it meets the needs of our staff
