CurrentCreating opportunities for BMAC employees to collaborate and combine resources with community members and organizations to achieve a greater goal of community development in Walla Walla. Create and distribute quarterly newsletter, annual holiday cards, brochures, flyers, and other literature to raise awareness of BMAC activities within the community. Attend community events to increase visibility and offer community members opportunities to get involved. Work closely with partnering organizations on fundraising efforts and other projects aimed at enhancing BMAC programing. Assist with presentations to board members, community groups, and other organizations about BMAC as a whole or about any of its individual programs; create online presentations to inform people about our programs.Manage database of all donations: monetary, food, and in-kind donations. Generate gift acknowledgements and cultivate donors. Create annual appeals and thank-you cards. Research applicable grants.Assist the Walla Walla Asset Building Coalition with MoneySmart financial literacy workshops for low-income individuals. Recruit participants, facilitate workshops, collect participant information, inform participants of BMAC programs and services.
