Throughout my time in the mortgage servicing, I have built and maintained customer relationships by managing new customer accounts for investors of over 40K loans while ensuring timely and accurate payments of account transactions. I collaborated within the department to onboard new clients and complete account set up and transfer of loan data.Throughout the years I have been able to apply analytical thinking, problem-solving, and numerical skills to research and resolve complex issues and provide data-driven solutions that best fits the need of the customer and clients, as well as the business.As an Executive Assistant I build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively and efficiently through various channels and platforms such as Slack, Google Meet, Teams, Zendesk, HoneyBook and more!
