At the beginning of 2015 I joined ABV Global with Hannah Sharman-Cox to launch the umbrella brand over London Cocktail Week and London Wine Week. Together we spent six months creating a platform which would act as a guide to London’s bars and events, aiming to give consumers the insider knowledge that comes from working in the industry. I joined Difford’s Guide as an editorial assistant, growing to become bars editor and eventually news editor. During this time I travelled with Simon Difford to help write his distillery visits, reviewed bars around the world, judged cocktail competitions, interviewed industry professionals and helped with the content of London Cocktail Week.

I was responsible for the news section in City University's independent news paper.
