Senior Systems Administrator
Current- Provides internal in-person/remote IT support to Alertus employees, troubleshoots and resolves user issues in a timely manner for minimal productivity disruption.- Responsible for internal corporate network, network security, data storage and backup procedures, disaster recovery, and information security.- Maintains IT infrastructure (including telephony), productivity tools, and IT vendors.- Manages IT assets, asset tracking, licenses, and IT inventory.- Sets up new hire peripherals, installs hardware and peripheral components, loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems.- Trains new employees on how to login, set up their phones, connect to the printers and productivity tools.- Builds, manages and maintains demo rooms and demo kits.- Audits internal IT software and hardware to ensure business operation continuity and to discover and resolve issues before they are reported by employees.
