Planned, resourced, evaluated, and documented high intensity training for other units and departments to ensure they fully met State, Department of Defense, and US Army requirements prior to deployment to combat zones. This required an advanced understanding of the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and the Time-Phased Force Deployment Document (TPFDD) to properly plan training which ensured units met all milestones for deployment. Primary trainer and evaluator of deploying Battalion Operations Officers and Tactical Operational Centers (TOC) for Convoy Security and Logistical Support Teams. Ensured TOC personnel could effectively use the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) to receive, analyze, develop, and issue operations orders to subordinate units in a timely manner. Developed and trained TOC personnel on the use of Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Blue Force Tracker (BFT), and other productivity software to develop staff estimates, brief orders products, and maintain command and control of personnel and assets through their area of operations.
