PSR2- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with incoming/ outbound calls primarily from patients and medical offices. I would also, process some insurance claims, solve problems with delayed orders, provide assistance as a SME to other PSRs with questions. Also, assisted with interviewing candidates applying for tech role within company as well as assisted with some new hire training.

Provide customer service to medical office staff by phone. I would obtain and process verbal prescriptions and then submit them for pharmacist review.
