Current• Serve as a point of contact for families in need of accessing government assistance programs like Basic Food, Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) , and WIC• Screen for eligibility and providing application assistance for those accessing the programs listed above• Tracking client interactions in a client management system• Train and shadow new hires • Provide customer service that is empathetic, culturally competent, and efficient to 20+ clients a day • Educate families on a vast majority of child development programs like Child Find, King County Early Intervention, BOOST, and Bridge• Make updates to the WAISS system for the Watch Me Grow Washington child development program• Cold-call clients who recently met the 5-year legal permanent residency bar and assist with enrolling in Washington Apple Health (Medicaid)
