Leading the development of new digital marketing capabilities and platforms to drive the next generation of growth for MasterCard Advisors and our Banking and Merchant customers globally. Allowing our customers to serve their consumers in more meaningful ways in every channel.

As the Head of MasterCard Canada's Digital Payments group I am responsible for stewarding MasterCard's digital payment strategy in Canada. I am leading the transition to digital payments not only in ecommerce but in mobile, personal payments, enhanced security and new ventures. I work with Canada's leaders in digital payments to develop the new operating system of digital commerce in Canada.

Responsible for the development and launch of MasterCard's new eCommerce technologies in Canada. Leading MasterCard's end to end product strategy to move payments in Canada to a world beyond plastic. I work with Canada's larget banks and retailers developing products and strategies to deliver leading edge converged payment experiences to Canadians.

Responsible for the development of marketing and sponsorship activities that drove measurable brand preference and market share results for MasterCard. I have worked with leading retailers and brands to bring the MasterCard brand to life across mutiple channels and in-store. Launched numerous new card products in Canada including the RBC WestJet MasterCard. Worked to build out new sponsorship properties and increase ROI by developing retail programs aligned with those sponsorships. I have worked with all stakeholders across the Canadian payments ecosystem in B2C, B2B and B2B2C contexts.

I developed and managed go to market strategies for the launch of confectionery innovations with brands such as Mars, Skittles, Snickers, M&M’s and Dove. I also managed the creation of shopper insights and related strategic retail programs based on consumer centric research. Created and executed sell-in strategies and winning sell in strategies for core products and innovative new products.

I delivered industry leading category growth even in a declining sector. I optimized product assortment and pricing across 260 retail locations in Canada to maximize profitability. I also lead the development and implementation of a new business model that increased bottom line performance to the business unit by $400,000. I gained supply chain exeprience through the management of vendors for the Canadian Tire Pit Stop business.

I developed marketing and economic development plans for the city of Burlington and the Town of Oakville. I Managed $250,000 international research projects for Bank of Nova Scotia including leading an international cross functional research team. I conducted consumer research on selected insurance products for Bank of Nova Scotia to optimize product designs.
