DSG is a Network of 30 Dental Laboratories across the county that offers a variety of services to Dentists. Including Digital Impression Machines, Veneers, Snore Appliances for Sleep Apnea, Crowns & Bridges, Dentures, Partials, etc. We provide Doctors with Continuing Education on any of these items and provide them with services unparalleled to the Dental Industry.Responsibilities are to grow and promote sales of Dental Lab Network to private and group dentist offices in undeveloped territory throughout NC, SC, and GA. Responsible for developing profitable relationships with current and prospective customers and to providing exceptional customer support through attentiveness and extensive product knowledge.

Promoted to plan and execute aggressive market expansion for truck rental division statewide. Manage 35-employee (25 direct reports, including six branch/assistant managers) for three branches (Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh) with full P&L accountability. Scope of responsibility includes strategic planning, new business development, sales and account management, recruitment and training, field team leadership and development, marketing, and fleet management (vehicle size/type, quantity). Develop and implement region-specific sales plans, using historical and industry based demographics to identify growth opportunities and seasonal trends.

Managed all branch operations with 10 employees and full P&L responsibility. Directed sales growth, becoming division’s 3rd most profitable branch (5th largest) among approximately 90 branches. Scored 100% in Enterprise Service Quality Index, customer satisfaction survey (division average: 83%), which measured the number of customers who were completely satisfied.
