During my time with MyCRM I undertook the entire development lifecycle of multiple CRM integrations from the conceptualisation, project management and development including the finished documentation and customer communication. My longest running project was creating an activity scheduler that I architected, developed and supported over multiple versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I was also involved in supporting a wide range of customers across multiple instances of Microsoft Dynamics CRM on different versions and platforms, from small teams in a single location to those with offices all over the world. While at MyCRM they also developed a geospatial mapping solution called Mapsimise on which I was engaged as the lead test developer using the Cypress testing platform.

Working as part of a small team both developing and using a bespoke CMS solution (developed in-house) for local retail websites. My other responsibilities included developing sections of a professional maritime networking site.

Developing integrated solutions for the internal CMS and ITSM systems for the Metropolitan Police Service. As part of this role I obtained a Security Clearance as well as signing the Official Secrets Act covering my work there.
