Founded the Atlassian User Group for Nashville that attracts Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers all looking to make their processes better through the use of the Atlassian Tools. I coordinate these events directly with Atlassian and receive their financial and marketing support for these efforts.

In this role I provided project oversight to business units and plan for the use of technology to support the business’s objectives. I also add value by coordinating all the development efforts and manage the SDLC in conjunction with business leaders. We built greenfield R&D products for Jack Henry & Associates Inc. a financial clearinghouse company.• Consult with project teams to assist in the management of large, complex technology projects• Establish overall Agile SDLC Workflow and Administer Jira as the system of record• Projects consist of multiple vendors, technologies, and broad implications for the IT architecture• Manage internal and external client expectations and coordinate development resources• Project Plans include the deliverables, results expected, and approval/sponsorship/support• Recommendations for investment in new products or solutions, supported by appropriate ROI• Direct the testing of solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements (i.e., UAT)• Provide and/or develop training for customers on enhancements or new applications

Primarily responsible for leading a R&D FinTech team tasked with extending the existing loan origination, underwriting, and servicing platform. We leveraged various emerging technologies to create new products for the international commercial real estate market. I would fly out to meet with business teams, gather requirements, plan, and lead multiple UI / UX development projects to support the business needs of 4 distinctive product teams spanning international markets. On a weekly basis I would engage with groups in New York, Atlanta, Houston, San Francisco, London, and Zurich. We successfully built a Loan Securitization Platform used by UBS and Deutsche Bank to package 100’s of millions of dollars’ worth of commercial loan portfolios based on asset proforma.• Serve as the business lead for Web Application development• Work with product owners to gather business requirements and create new products• Determine the scope of the required implementation• Create wireframes for UI in Photoshop and Balsamiq• Develop timelines and coordinate project efforts using Jira • Worked with Business teams to establish Minimum Viable Product• Write test cases and lead QA and UAT sessions• Responsible for collecting approvals and providing sign-off prior to launch• Create Project documentation and established communication schedules• Provide User support related to previous implementations

Responsible for leading a lean team that coordinated online product development efforts with company directives and marketing partner needs. Our team supported two different Product Groups in their development efforts to create and deliver new consumer products to offer to over 3500 Financial Institutions. Product offerings included Consumer Savings, Travel, Health, Credit Reporting, and Insurance benefits.
