Facilities and Administration ManagerReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, responsibilities include:•Undertaking internal security arrangements for two business units including the building security, identity passes, security keys and management of the P.C. hardware. •Manage all after hour’s security and facilities calls in relation to the building and tenancy. Ensure the appropriate measures are taken when alarms are activated. •Attending to various issues relating to facilities and office accommodation in a proactive / preventive manner, identifying potential problems and initiating remedies. This includes lease negotiations, management of office refurbishments and relocations.•Liaising with the Building Management on tenancy matters, repairs, renovations and maintenance issues and contractors engaged on such work.•Coordinate the Company’s involvement in any cooperative arrangements with other tenants in the building, such as tenancy meetings, facility issues, and evacuation procedures.•Managing facilities and administration contracts with service providers. This requires negotiating and implementing of contracts, ensuring contractors are delivering the service as per SLA’s. These contracts include cleaning, secure destruction, carton /media retention, all office equipment, car parking, fire prevention and security. •Managing facilities budgets. Arrange for the preparation of the budget, reports, forecast and ensure they are presented in a timely manner. •Chief Fire Warden for the building and all tenants at 277 William Street, Melbourne.

Project Manager - Tenix Solutions Office Relocation Reporting to the Australian/New Zealand Operations Manager, responsibilities included: •Managing the designing of the new office environment. This included reusing existing furniture while introducing new furniture and ensuring all departmental needs were catered for. I co-managed the design of shared areas and worked with another business unit (Tenix – Aerospace Division) to achieve the design goals.•Managed negotiations of various contractors and suppliers before and during construction of the new office.•Worked with Tenix Solutions business partners the State Government and Victoria Police to move these areas separately from the Tenix move. This included working and coordinating their resources and ensuring their staff and equipment were relocated correctly and functional over 1 weekend in Dec 06. •Lead and co-ordinated all resources for the relocation both internal and external to insure services and timelines were met.•Managing the relocation of 250 staff and equipment within 4 days and having the business fully operational by the next business day. •Managing the cleanup of the old site and returning it back to lease requirements•All financial and budget requirements including payments, reconciliation and that contractual requirements were meet.
