Duties and Responsibilities• Working with the entire reservations team to book and coordinate all their projects• Booking all Arrivals & Departures requirements for the entire reservations team such as transfers, Ahlan, Marhaba etc.• Re-check all bookings through mails with the suppliers made at the end of the day to ensure the next day’s bookings are as per the requirements. • Have a routine of 3 days check ahead with all the reservations staff and customer service officers to… Show more Duties and Responsibilities• Working with the entire reservations team to book and coordinate all their projects• Booking all Arrivals & Departures requirements for the entire reservations team such as transfers, Ahlan, Marhaba etc.• Re-check all bookings through mails with the suppliers made at the end of the day to ensure the next day’s bookings are as per the requirements. • Have a routine of 3 days check ahead with all the reservations staff and customer service officers to ensure each and every guest gets proper attention and their required services are confirmed. • Go through all the bookings requested by reservations team and correct any errors that they have made before proceeding with the booking process.• Booking all Tours & Excursions requirements for the entire reservations team as well as the details confirmed by customer service officers while guests are in UAE such as guides, transfers, lunches, dinners etc.• Prepare traffic sheets for all the company’s Arrivals and Departures.• Prepare traffic sheets for all the company’s Tours & Excursions• Assign customer service officers for the various jobs such as Meet & Greet, Departure co-ordinations etc.• Co-ordinate with Office personnel to arrange for various office requirements such as delivery of cheques, collection of payment, transfer of various documents etc• Co-ordinate with all staff and guides and suppliers to ensure the particular job is done to perfection.• Create and submit reports for all jobs completed• Assist MICE staff with all their requirements such as Ahlan, Marhaba, Transfers etc.• Handling of all service related invoices and payments.• Coordinate with accounts department to make sure all details in the customer service related invoices are correct and up to date.
