About Jason G.

Innovative, Analytical, and Adaptable are the three words I most commonly use to describe myself. Generally I like to think of myself as a creative problem solver who enjoys spending time learning about a process and then applying resources creatively to either resolve a problem, or improve upon its existing success. Through my time at McGraw-Hill, I've had the unique opportunity to be exposed and contribute to nearly every aspect of the publishing industry including Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Strategy, and Channel Management. Starting in technology product development, I quickly moved to management of the end-to-end custom product development program, then jumped into the management of the development and launch of our home-grown Canadian Learning Management System (LMS) "Connect". Most recently I've continued to manage our custom program while taking on management of our Canadian Channel operations. This broad spectrum of roles has helped me develop a wide variety of technology and people skills which I believe are transferable to just about any role or task I take on.
