• Conceptualised, developed, and launched a cloud security learning path for Solution Consultants (Security Belt Program). Built CSAT and user feedback into the delivery system and developed a process of continuous improvements and quarterly cross-functional stakeholder review. This program is being extended to Partners and other internal groups in 2H22, and the content expanded throughout 2023. The first quarter produced 146 Black Belts and resulted in: o An increase in traffic to the SSC Cloud Security Page by 314% o An increase in traffic to Cloud Security Playbook by 466%o An uplift in both downloads and pitches by ~30%o An overall CSAT score of 95%. • Developed a single-entry point for cloud security resources in the formal sales delivery system (SSC) in partnership with Sales Enablement (CSGE). This partnership resulted in STAR being the first group outside of CSGE to have admin rights to the SSC.• Developed and gained stakeholder support to formally manage Security, Privacy, and Compliance knowledge in ServiceNow’s official RFP system of record. Partnered with Global Proposal Services (GPS) to run a trial, secured resources, and aligned stakeholders from Cloud Compliance, Platform Security, Privacy, OCISO, and Legal Compliance and Ethics (LCE). Formal kick-off scheduled Q322.• Formally acted as Session Sponsor on behalf of security securing numerous Tech Summit sessions where previously we had struggled to gain traction. TS21 ranked #1 for a non-lab session (and second overall), and the TS22 sessions got an average user rating of 92%.• Developed and trialled the SC Security Ambassadors Program for a selected group of Security Black Belts across key verticals in collaboration with the Program Manager and the Office of SC Excellence. Managed architectural aluminium projects throughout their full lifecycle. Managed a team of five factory fabricators working in a just-in-time environment. Managed project financials, payments, and cash flow. Produced manufacturing schedules, kept stakeholders informed of progress. Managed multiple suppliers and ensured that components arrived according to just-in-time principles to minimise waste associated with storage. Phased projects where necessary to ensure appropriate resource optimisation and enabling continuous workflow

Implemented process improvements for the manufacture of architectural tensile structures (hyperbolic paraboloids etc.) resulting in significant efficiency gains throughout the factory. Introduced LEAN 5S best practices resulting in a more focussed and less stressed personnel. United a fragmented workforce to create an effective team that were able to assist each other in achieving targets and goals. Implemented a complete overhaul of the method of production for the main standardised product resulting in a time saving of over 50%, without any increase in the incidence of defects.
