Managing a team of 35 we delivered a number of integrated projects as well as customer centric technical platform and infrastructure solutions.

Working with the McDonald’s team at DDB I operated as the client lead and conduit between client teams to deliver technology and CRM projects with TRIBAL, DDB’s internal Digital and Technology business. Launching key initiatives into market including the McDonalds mobile app, mymacca’s. Overseeing all McDonald’s technical infrastructure and working closely with Salesforce and key partners, we built out new platforms and systems to create greater customer engagement both in restaurant and key channels.
