Designed cable assemblies and sheet metal enclosures for different Interface Test Adapters (ITA) using AutoCAD. Designed fixture assembly for frequency oscillator modules. All designs using MILSPEC standard notations.• Reviewed vendor prints and coordinated with manufacturing personals to ensure ITA design. Revised drawings of existing cables to make them unique for couple of ITAs. Thus reduced overall inventory of cables by 30%.

• Increased capacity of inserting department of this circulation media company from 300 K to 950 K copies and 4.5 M to 10.5 M inserts per week.• Supervised installation and commissioning of additional inserting machines, stitcher machines and tier machines. Supervised machine operators and crew (~40 people) involved in running inserter and stitcher machines and trouble shoot production machinery as necessary.

• Supervised production and maintenance activities of tissue and swab departments. Increased production of swabs by 10% by running all machines continuously during breaks. Reduced waste by starting new product line as loose swabs in a poly bag. So, company can sell this product on the count basis not by weight basis. Also trained new production personnel.

• Supervised installation of piping, vessels and rotary equipment such as agitators, pumps and refrigerating compressors for this polyester, nylon and spandex yarn manufacturer. Commissioned polyester melt line of 250 MT/day and spandex melt line of 30 MT/day capacities.
