Instructional Designer
CurrentCreates clear and engaging learning experiences to meet learners’ development needs and the organization’s goals. Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts from all levels of the business to create instructional materials across varied disciplines such as technical skills, professional development, employee compliance and diversity and inclusion. Completes needs assessments, develops learning objectives, identifies optimal training strategies and uses sound instructional design theory to create materials ranging from online and instructor-led courses to learning activities, performance support content, onboarding guides and more. Drives review of existing assets to ensure content remains relevant. Monitors and evaluates curriculum effectiveness.
