Intern for the Water Resources Institute of the California State University Santa Barbara. I was an intern with the United States Forest Service.Main job was to complete a trail reroute to a back country lake within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. With the assistance of Forest Service hydrologist, recreation officer, botanist, and trail workers, I was able to use a clinometer in the field to find the best reroute. I transplanted plants at the greenhouse and collected seeds in the field to bring back to the lab with the district Botanist.Assisted with a public outreach event to inform the public of a new trails project
