Functional Analyst - Its - Erp - Admissions

As a PeopleSoft business analyst for Campus Solutions/Admissions processes, I was responsible not only for Admissions business analysis, process mapping and documentation, but for spearheading the development of new processes that define the interfaces with a number of systems supporting admissions and person services at the University. I was responsible for the full lifecycle of development for the Admissions and Campus Community products, providing process analysis, design specifications, development support, test planning, end-to-end testing, data conversion, implementation and production support.In this position, I was responsible for the interviewing and selection of consultants to support Campus Community (PeopleSoft Student module) work, coordination of development and functional support with various resources, and project/task tracking of Campus Community related development and support items.I was also directly involved with the assessment and selection of the ImageNow product for paperless processing of applications, and assisted in the analysis of ImageNow workflow and its method of interacting with PeopleSoft.This position worked directly with a number of companion admissions applications and systems such as: AdmissionPros, A Client (AADSAS), PharmADMIT (PharmCAS), ACES2 (LSAC), AP2 (custom AMCAS client), Sun Portal, Oracle SOA Solutions, Identity Management (Kerberos, Shibboleth, LDAP), Document Management (ImageNow), Enterprise Reporting (WebFocus), Cybermation (process automation), SIS (Student Information System – Sunguard), Remedy, Oracle databases, Solaris infrastructure, and (to a lesser extent) Oracle UCM/Stellent.
