CurrentResponsible for planning and implementing the programmatic and operational activities of A2SF, a multi-disciplinary performing arts presenter that champions performing arts, outdoor entertainment, and community spirit. In addition to a 21-day festival each June that attracts a diverse audience of over 80,000 people and offers over 200 concerts, art exhibitions, kids activities, spectacles, and film screenings, A2SF presents the best in dance, theater, contemporary circus, digital programming, and comedy throughout the year. Highlights:• Annually programmed +200 music, theater, spectacle, digital arts, and educational events in coordination with the executive director• In coordination with the executive director, ran and maintained daily operations • In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, adapted the traditional 2020 season to meet the moment virtually and with socially distanced performances• Rebooted dormant Community Engagement Committee, assembled community listening sessions, listened to community needs, and responded through programming and outreach• Developed county-wide partnerships to launch Live Here Now as a community outreach concert series in the wake of the pandemic.• Spearheaded the Festival Footprint Initiative, transforming it into a zero-waste event• Created program and project budgets; advised on operational budgets• Advised and collaborated on marketing and development directives• Notable Artists: Melissa Etheridge, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Reggie Watts, Tank and the Bangas, ADG7, Natu Camara, LADAMA, Pneuhaus, 600 HIGHWAYMEN, Theater in Quarantine, Wolf 359, The War and Treaty, Kishi Bashi, Flaco Navaja, Jazzmeia Horn, Sona Jobarteh, Scott Silven, Alsarah and the Nubatones, Postmodern Jukebox, Kate McIntosh, Cirque Alfonse, Polyglot Theatre, Acrobuffos, Juan Martinez, Mary Mattinglyhttp://www.a2sf.org
